For air-conditioning experts, AE Smith, developing a uniform digital presence became increasingly important as more and more of their customer base accessed content from varying mobile devices. Together, we worked with AE Smith to ensure a seamless online presence with an upgraded, user friendly and responsive website.

Flight Centre

Flight Centre booked Komosion to travel to their most important destination – their customers’ experiential journey. Together we planned a new and innovative itinerary for Flight Centre customers to ensure they enjoyed the booking experience of a lifetime; pinpointing new and innovative ways to engage and enhance their travel needs and wants. Now we’re helping renovate Flight Centre’s customer engagement using those insights.
