Hon Sandra Nori, Chair
| | The Honourable Sandra Nori, an independent director, was appointed Chair of Komosion in August 2009. She was a member of the NSW Parliament for 19 years and a Minister in the NSW Government for eight years. She retired from Government in 2007. Ms Nori also sits on the boards of Macquarie University and TAFE NSW. |

John O'Neill, Managing Director

He was the Ticketing Communications Manager for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and prior tothat had a career in media, including working for The Sydney Morning Herald, ABC television and Network 10. |

Keith Stanley, Director
| | Mr Keith Stanley is a former Chief Executive of Stella Travel Services, he was Flight Centre’s former Executive General Manager Product Marketing and Distribution (where he served for 16 years) and, prior to that, Keith was the National Marketing Manager of IKEA. He is now the Managing Director of Marketing Software Australia. |

| Mr Shane Higgs is the former owner and publisher of The Melbourne Times newspaper group which are now part of the Fairfax Group.
As a professional investor Shane has served on the boards of various companies and organisations in recent years, including Quantum Litigation Funding, The Melbourne International Film Festival and Komosion. |
