Komosion uses a modified PRINCE2 model for Project Management, to ensure a thoroughness and resilience to our processes, communication, and liaison with all stakeholders.

Project Governance
The chart illustrates the project governance structure and identifies key project roles encompassing client representatives and stakeholders, including project team members, quality advisors, reference group members and steering committees. The governance model also provides an accountable pathway for escalating and resolving issues of scope, resourcing, external impacts on project work and so on.

The diagram illustrates our approach to project governance, which helps define our client relationships during an active project. A Steering Committee would typically comprise senior client representatives and an executive from Komosion.

Komosion team members and client team members may work together in the project team.

QA and Reference Group participants again may be drawn from Komosion, our clients or both – or even be independent third parties - Komosion will appoint a dedicated Project Manager for the duration of the project. Following ‘go live’, a dedicated Account Manager will be assigned to your organisation.

Management of Work
The dedicated Project Manager will organise periodic meetings (weekly) with project team members attend to discuss progress, milestones, project deviations and project risks. Findings will be documented.
