Flight Centre engages Komosion for FY16

Flight Centre has retained Komosion to continue to support the company as it shifts from traditional agent to becoming an omnichannel retailer of travel.

Our work with one of Australia’s largest and most successful global businesses will span a myriad of activities including Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience Design, Digital Strategy and its implementation, Media Partner Engagement and Product Strategy and its Execution.

“Flight Centre Australia turned over $9 billion in total travel value in the FY13-14 year and is innovating its offering from a position of strength,” said Komosion’s Managing Director, John O’Neill.
