Keith gets closer

We’re pleased to announce that Keith Stanley, a Komosion director and one of Australia’s foremost retail marketers and product strategists, is now working across our company’s client base.


About Keith Stanley



Keith is a Director of Komosion and has over 40 years’ experience in the tourism and retail sector. Working with world-class brands and businesses such as Harrods of Knightsbridge, Argos Discount Stores, IKEA Furniture, Stella Travel Services and NRMA Group. His global experience has had him working in companies with operations in the UK, USA, Canada, South Africa, South East Asia, China, India, Fiji, Australia and New Zealand.

Keith consulted to the NRMA Group (Australia’s largest Auto-club organisation with 2.2million members) for two years as Acting CEO for their travel division. The NRMA Tourism & Leisure division consisted of NRMA Travel servicing members and 3 specialist wholesale businesses: Adventure World, Creative Cruising and Value Tours a ski specialist.

Prior to this Keith was CEO of Stella Travel Services (STS) and Executive General Manager, Product, Marketing & Distribution, for Flight Centre Limited (FCL). He guided their product and marketing disciplines to see the company with multiple brands and thousands of shops around the world.

His focus on Marketing has seen him lead businesses through good times and bad, with a passion for the customer. Designing the brand and marketing systems for Flight Centre, FCM Travel, Travelscene and Harvey World Travel among others sees an innovative approach that has assisted these brands to grow in size and profit.

Working with the Australian Marketing Institute as Deputy Chairman he championed the accountability in marketing and getting more marketers onto boards.

Keith was instrumental in the Customer Experience Transformation Project Komosion was engaged to undertake for Flight Centre and our ongoing work in FY16 which spans a myriad of activities including Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience Design, Digital Strategy and its implementation, Media Partner Engagement and Product Strategy and its Execution.
