Keith Stanley to speak at Mumbrella Travel Marketing Summit

This April, Mumbrella is running a one-day conference dedicated to issues faced and lessons learned by marketers working within the travel industry.

Komosion Director Keith Stanley is consulting to Flight Centre on its global product strategy. Keith will speak on Flight Centre’s digitally-led transition from a high street travel agent to a global retailer of travel and consumer experience.

In 2014 Komosion's customer journey work with Flight Centre drove a transformation project which included the creation of a new marketing structure and the appointment of a new media buying agency focused on better engaging customers via digital channels.
