Tapping into Unitywater’s customers


Komosion has been engaged by Unitywater on the Sunshine Coast, to be their customer experience design agency partner. Unitywater provides water and sewerage services to the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Noosa local government areas, which represents over 16.3% of Queensland’s residents.

Unitywater is currently reviewing the efficiency, consistency, quality, ease, and brand alignment of its services, and ensuring they have a framework that will support excellent customer experience.

We are looking forward to this exciting new opportunity, and collaborating with the Unitywater team to:


  • Provide Unitywater staff with the tools and capability in the process and tasks involved in the creation of customer journey maps, and identification of opportunities
  • Run journey mapping workshops with the training groups to create illustrative visual journey maps, taking into account their customer’s wants, needs and touchpoints.

Komosion takes the stance of learning by doing, and we will provide support for Unitywater throughout this process, with the aim of delivering excellent customer experiences for their communities.
