Komosion is also thrilled to announce that we have been appointed to not one, but TWO university supplier panels for Customer Experience Research purposes! We are looking forward to working with La Trobe and Federation University in Melbourne to support and complement the universities in delivering a complete service offering including specific research approaches such as qualitative methods or quantitative modelling, advertising and communications research or brand research.
Intercontinental Sydney's site has also launched. The vision for InterContinental Sydney and InterContinental Sanctuary Cove is to build all new websites for both properties that will become powerful, best-in-class, online destinations that drive B2B and B2C business. The format for the new websites allow for extensive customisation, that can easily be managed by the marketing team.
The new websites bring the InterContinental brand promise and experience to life by providing a platform through which InterContinental can share compelling content and stories. They will ultimately drive direct booking business, impacting direct booking share of business and dramatically grow this share of business within the first 6 months.
The new sites are mobile-first, with elegant transitions across all devices. The new designs support and align with the Guest journey, supporting and guiding as each Guest moves through the phases of their purchase journey.
